Meet Rafa, aka @lebarbecuederafa. He was one of the first to test and approve Big Green Egg in France, back in 2015. A cooking enthusiast, he is the French specialist in outdoor cooking appliances and brings together hundreds of thousands of fans on social media and in bookstores. Here, he tells us why he has loved cooking with his Large and MiniMax EGGs for nearly 10 years.
