The Big Green Egg Warranty

Dedicated to the excellence of our products, we manufacture the highest quality ceramic and carefully select all the materials for our furniture, equipment, accessories, and utensils. We perform rigorous quality control on every EGG that leaves our manufacturing facility.

1. For private purchases for domestic use.

Big Green Egg warranties are exclusively for the private individual who purchased a new Big Green Egg in France from an authorized retailer, either in-store or online.

Lifetime Warranty on Big Green Egg Ceramics

All ceramic parts that make up the Big Green Egg are guaranteed for life. This includes the base, dome, fire box, and fire ring. The lifetime warranty applies without time limit to the original owner. The lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by dropping the Big Green Egg or damage related to improper use.

Warranty for Ceramic Accessories – 3 years

Big Green Egg ConvEGGtors and baking stones are guaranteed for 3 years to the original purchaser of this equipment. This warranty does not cover damage caused by dropping the ceramic part or damage related to improper use.

Warranty for Metal Parts (stainless steel and cast iron) – 5 years

The EGG's metal parts (bands, hinge, hardware), furniture (table nests, nest handlers, carts, and modular stainless steel tables), wheels, the rEGGulator, as well as all cast iron accessories and utensils are guaranteed for 5 years for the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover marginal deterioration that may occur due to lack of maintenance or usage (rust, oxidation, discoloration, scratching) as long as it does not affect the functionality of the part, accessory, or utensil.

Warranty for Wooden Furniture and Accessories – 1 year

Wooden furniture, shelves, and extensions come with a one-year warranty for the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover damage caused by poor maintenance or weather conditions. This is also the warranty period for the integrated thermometer and felt gaskets.

2. For professional purchases for commercial use (Catering, Hospitality, etc.)

All products and accessories are guaranteed for 1 year.
