This package includes the ash tool and the new convEGGtor Heat Deflector (consisting of a convEGGtor basket and two half-convEGGtor stones). This system acts as a heat shield, thus allowing for all indirect cooking methods. The Dual Zone Heat Deflector can also accommodate half-moon cast iron grids (optional).
