This pack includes the ash tool and the new Dual Zone EGGspander (consisting of a convEGGtor basket and two half convEGGtor stones). This system acts as a heat shield, enabling all types of indirect cooking. The Dual Zone EGGspander can also accommodate half cast-iron grids (optional).
