The Big Green Egg XL can feed a small crowd! It is mainly used by catering professionals and in large family homes. Its large cooking surface can be increased even further when used with the EGGspander, a system of stackable grids. Integrated into its modular table, it can be moved safely and can accommodate other units to form a real outdoor kitchen.

This pack includes a stainless steel grid, a grid gripper, a convEGGtor basket, and a convEGGtor. This heat shield, also made of ceramic, is essential: it allows for all types of indirect cooking.
